Built for dealer partnerships
You manage the client relationship. We support the work on the ground.
Your Florida projects need local coordination—from inbound shipments and building access to installation and final punch items.
IFS supports out-of-state commercial furniture dealers and manufacturers with practical field experience, clear project scoping, and a local point of contact.
Receiving and warehousing are based in Tampa. IFS normally sends its own installation employees from Tampa to complete Orlando projects. When additional support is needed, subcontractors work under IFS coordination.

A few practical questions.
Can IFS support us if our team is outside Florida?
Yes. IFS supports commercial furniture dealers and manufacturers who need local receiving, logistics, installation, and project coordination in our Florida service markets. We define responsibilities with your team before work begins.
Where should we send inbound furniture?
Receiving and warehousing are based in Tampa. Confirm the project reference, shipment information, receiving instructions, and delivery schedule with IFS before dispatching freight. Storage and capacity requirements are reviewed per project.
Can you coordinate delivery and installation?
Yes. Include product quantities, shipping dates, plans, building access, dock or elevator requirements, and any phased or after-hours work so we can review the complete scope.
How are Orlando projects handled?
IFS normally sends its own experienced installation employees from Tampa to complete projects in the Orlando area. When additional manpower is needed, we may coordinate subcontractor support under IFS project coordination. Receiving and warehousing services are based at our Tampa facility.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
Send the project city and ZIP code, required services, expected shipment and installation dates, product list or bill of materials, and available plans. Include access restrictions, removal needs, and work phases.
Can you help with moves, reconfiguration, and punch items?
Yes. Describe the existing furniture, desired layout, relocation details, and outstanding items. Product condition, replacement parts, access, and scheduling affect the agreed scope.
